SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - JTC has launched the sale of a B2 industrial site at 25 Gul Drive under the 2H2022 Industrial Government Land Sale (IGLS) Programme.

The 52,482 sq ft site is near established industrial estates along Pioneer Road. The area is connected to the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE), the Pan Island Expressway (PIE), and major roads such as Tuas Road and Pioneer Road. The industrial estate is also close to the Tuas Second Link.
Meanwhile, commuters will be served by the nearby Gul Circle and Joo Koon MRT stations on the East-West Line. Amenities in the area include the Tuas Amenity Centre and various industrial canteens.
The B2 industrial site for sale has a maximum gross plot ratio of 1.4 and a building height limit of 85m. The land has a 20-year lease. This is the last site under the Confirmed List of the 2H2022 IGLS.
The tender for the sale of this plot closes on Jan 25, 2023.
