Singapore-based construction company Wee Hur Holdings has announced that Bartley Vue, a project developed by its subsidiary Wee Hur Bartley, has attained its Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) on April 23. Phased handover to homeowners will commence in May.

Bartley Vue is a 99-year leasehold condo comprising two- to four-bedroom-plus-study units housed in twin 16-storey blocks. It is adjacent to Bartley Secondary School and within a five-minute walk of Bartley MRT Station on the Circle Line.

The 115-unit private residential development located at 6 and 8 Jalan Bunga Rampai is now fully sold, at an average of $1,850 psf.

According to the release, the successful delivery of Bartley Vue adds to Wee Hur’s track record of fully sold residential projects in Singapore. This includes the 618-unit Parc Centros at Punggol Central, 735-unit Parc Botannia at Fernvale Street, boutique condo Urban Residences and landed cluster houses at Villas @ Gilstead.

Last year, Wee Hur won the Upper Thomson (Parcel A) government land sale site by submitting the top bid of $613.94 million. The mixed-use site is expected to yield around 595 residential units and 21,527 sq ft of commercial space.
