"A newly TOP project just next to the one of the most profitable projects at Fernvale! Needless to say, the ventilation is extremely good! Full facilities including tennis court! Very high in security especially when needs to use the access card to go up your unit! The pick up drive way is huge and theres no stress of facing jam when entering and exiting! Love the sight of landed-like feel when looking at the childrens playground next to swimming pool! The layout is extremely good and decent size , can at least fit a queen size bed in common room. The windows come with full height window meaning to u can enjoy full views without sleeping next to AC ledge! Penthouse comes with high ceiling at the living and dining room!! Highly recommended if u would like to maximise the space at the loft area ! One room just rented out, I had one unit for sale! Contact me now if you would like explore more! 82887685!"
