Canberra Crescent Residences, a joint venture development by Wee family–controlled Kheng Leong Co. and listed developer Low Keng Huat, opened for preview over the weekend of July 19–20, attracting a crowd of more than 4,000 visitors. The project is scheduled for launch on August 2.
The 376-unit private condominium is located on Canberra Crescent, off Sembawang Road in the northern region. It comprises four 12-storey blocks on a 219,985 sq ft, 99-year leasehold site.
The development offers a mix of one- to four-bedroom units. There are only three one-bedroom units (409 sq ft), all situated on the first storey of three blocks. Prices for the one-bedroom units start from $880,000, or $2,152 psf.

One- and two-bedroom units account for 94 units (25%) of the total. These include 23 two-bedroom compact units (570 sq ft) and 68 two-bedroom premium units (667 sq ft), with prices starting from $1.11 million, or $1,950 psf.
Three-bedroom units form the bulk of the project, with 198 units (52.7%) in total. This includes 141 standard three-bedroom units ranging from 797 to 883 sq ft, and 57 three-bedroom premium units of 990 sq ft. Prices start from $1.53 million, or $1,920 psf.
Four-bedroom units make up 84 units (22.3%) of the development. These comprise 36 compact units (1,163 sq ft), 36 standard units (1,216 sq ft), and 12 premium units (1,324 sq ft), with prices starting from $2.2 million, or $1,880 psf.

Condo facilities at Canberra Crescent Residences include a clubhouse, three swimming pools, six barbecue pavilions, and a 100m sky garden linking two of the blocks. A childcare centre will also be located on site.
The Canberra MRT Station on the North-South Line, which opened in November 2019, is just a 12-minute walk away. Canberra Crescent Residences is also located near green spaces such as Sembawang Park, Montreal Green and Sembawang Beach. The private condo is close to the Northern Explorer Loop, a park connector network that links 11 parks and nature areas across the North, including Woodlands Town Garden, Admiralty Park and Woodlands Waterfront, as well as connecting the towns of Sembawang, Woodlands and Yishun.
The project is also set to benefit from future growth arising from the redevelopment of the Sembawang Shipyard into a mixed-use waterfront lifestyle district under the URA Master Plan, the Seletar Line linking the northern region to the Greater Southern Waterfront in the south of the island, and the North-South Corridor, which will provide greater connectivity for residents in Sembawang to the city centre.
