Colliers has appointed Patrick Gidney as senior director, occupier services, where he will grow Colliers’ occupier services business in Singapore.

Gidney brings with him over 17 years of commercial real estate experience with expertise in tenant representation. His experience includes lease acquisitions, renewals, lease restructures, disposals and flex space advisery.

Prior to joining Colliers, Gidney worked for other global real estate consultancies and most recently with an international flexible workspace provider.
