Colliers makes key appointments in Asia

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Colliers has expanded its team with key appointments in Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan.

Hideki Maruyama has been appointed head of occupier services, Japan. Based in Tokyo, Maruyama brings with him 26 years of real estate experience, and is responsible for leading the occupier services team to build strong relationships and tap into financial opportunities in the Japanese market.

In Singapore, Lynus Pook has been appointed senior director, regional industrial advisory, Asia. With over 15 years of property experience, Pook is tasked with identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with industrial owners, occupiers, developers and investors as part of the regional industrial advisory platform.

June Chua and Tridiana Ong, also in Singapore, have been appointed to lead the team of tenant representation. Chua will assume the role of head of tenant representation, Singapore, while Ong will act as executive director, tenant representation. Chua has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and is responsible for growing the firm’s market share in representing tenants’ space requirements in office, business park, industrial and retail.

John Davies and Terry Shum have also joined the Hong Kong occupier services business as executive director, office services, as well as director, office services, respectively. Both hires bring knowledge of the Hong Kong property market, especially in Kowloon and New Territories, to Colliers. They will grow the industrial capability across all of Hong Kong.
