Developer sold 301 private homes in February, 6.8% lower compared to 323 units sold in January or 23% y-o-y decline.
Apart from 183 Longhaus which launched 20 units for the first time, all the new launches in January came from existing projects such as The Trilinq (70 units), Principal Garden (50 units), Sims Urban Oasis (50 units), Symphony Suites (10 units) and Leedon Residence (4 units). Developers launched 209 private homes in February, up 31.4% from 159 units in January.
The Panorama and Kingsford Waterbay were the best-selling projects in February. Both with 18 units sold at a median price of $1,211 psf and $1,127 psf respectively. Trailing closely was UOL Group’s Principal Garden which had 16 units sold at a median price of $1,496 psf.
Sales of Executive Condominium (EC) dipped 17% with 129 units moved in February, compared to 156 units sold in January. The Terrace in Punggol led the pack after having 23 units sold at a median price of $782 psf. On the second spot was The Vales in Sengkang with 17 units sold at a median price of $798 psf. Sol Acres and The Amore trailed closely with both projects saw 14 units sold at a median price of $808 psf and 782 psf respectively. No new ECs were launched in February.
