JLL has announced the appointment of Matt Bennion as head of project and development services (PDS) for Asia Pacific (Apac).
Based in Singapore, he will report to Cynthia Kantor, global CEO for PDS, with a matrix reporting line to Susheel Koul, CEO of real estate management services for Apac.
Bennion succeeds Martin Hinge, whose retirement was announced in October last year.
He brings over 30 years of experience in the built environment sector. Most recently, he served as the founding owner and CEO of Thrive-AI, an intelligent buildings service provider that helps clients reduce carbon emissions and operating costs.
