SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Local real estate agency ERA Singapore is distributing grants worth $1,340 to each ERA Singapore agent. This is part of its 2021 Covid-19 Business Support Plan to which the company is contributing over $10 million.

Three grants will be provided, and they will cover digital adoption, skill upgrading, and career progression support. The agency expects more than 8,000 ERA real estate agents to benefit from these grants.

ERA agents can claim a $700 grant to support their adoption of digital solutions and technology resources. The company says that $500 is allocated to setting up a custom domain and web hosting of a personal website, as well as project website and virtual tours. The remaining $200 can be used for digital tools and digital services.

Another grant of $356 will be distributed to support agent training, of which $76 can be used for Continuing Professional Development courses. ERA adds that $180 can be used to cover expenses incurred when attending this year’s Asia Pacific Business Conference, Career Advancement Day quarterly conferences, and monthly awards ceremonies by ERA.

ERA agents can also tap the $283.50 career grant to offset their real estate salesperson license renewal, if paid within the Oct 1–31, 2020 cycle. The career grant can also be used for other business outflows such as prospecting or recruitment.
