Singapore-based engineering and property group Ever Glory United Holdings has secured $168 million in new contracts, lifting the group’s total order book to beyond $1 billion for the first time in its history.

Among the new wins is a subcontract for electrical works on a Defence Science and Technology Agency project. The group also secured mechanical and electrical works for commercial mixed developments.

Together with other contracts secured earlier this year, Every Glory United’s order book has climbed from $732.8 million at the start of 2026 to over $1 billion in just seven months, says the company.

This gives the group significant earnings visibility until 2028 and beyond, with progressive financial contribution expected over the next two to three years, barring unforeseen circumstances.

Marking the milestone, CEO and executive director Xu Ruibing says, “Our priority remains disciplined execution, converting this record order book into quality earnings and sustained value for our stakeholders.
