The Executive Centre (TEC) has officially opened its newest workspace at IOI Central Boulevard Towers. The workspace marks TEC’s 13th centre across nine locations in Singapore.

The centre, which commenced operations in November last year, was formally launched at a private event on Jan 30 attended by senior business leaders and other partners, including Png Cheong Boon, chairman of the Singapore Economic Development Board.

Spanning approximately 20,000 sq ft, the new centre is situated on Level 32 at IOI Central Boulevard Towers, the Grade-A office development by IOI Properties Group in Marina Bay. It has a capacity for 300 workstations across purpose-designed private offices, meeting rooms, lounges and event spaces. IOI Central Boulevard Towers is directly connected to the Downtown MRT Station.

“At TEC, we are responding by concentrating on landmark locations and spaces that can flex with our members as their businesses evolve,” says Yvonne Lim, regional managing director of Southeast Asia at The Executive Centre. “Our new centre at IOI Central Boulevard Towers was built to support that reality — enabling leadership teams to scale quickly and operate seamlessly across markets.”

TEC has steadily expanded its presence in Singapore in recent years. In 2024, the firm opened its eighth centre at Singapore Land Tower in Raffles Place. Located across the 45th to 47th floors, it spans over 50,000 sq ft. Not long after, TEC entered into a management contract with Singapore Land to manage office, event and function areas across two other floors at Singapore Land Tower. Dubbed The Exchange by Singapore Land Group, the deal marks TEC’s first time managing spaces on behalf of a landlord in Singapore.

In March 2025, TEC also expanded its footprint at Ocean Financial Centre along Collyer Quay, where it now manages four office floors spanning 85,527 sq ft.

TEC’s other locations in Singapore comprise 28,600 sq ft at Capital Square on Church Street, 40,944 sq ft at Frasers Tower on Cecil Street, 75,519 sq ft at One Raffles Quay, 21,527 sq ft at Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 1, 12,852 sq ft at Six Battery Road, and 11,504 sq ft at The Gateway West on Beach Road.
