Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) announced the appointment of Natalie Craig as Singapore CEO, effective April 1. It is said to be a newly created position for the firm. Craig has been the managing director of C&W Services, the facilities management and engineering services arm, since 2020. C&W Services manages a 100 million sq ft portfolio, making it the largest provider of facilities management services in Singapore.

According to C&W, the appointment reflects clients' changing buying behaviour and marks the next phase of the firm's growth. Craig will oversee over 2,000 staff from C&W's commercial real estate business, based at CapitaSpring in the CBD, and sister company C&W Services, based at Chai Chee.

She has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining C&W, she held leadership positions at CBRE, Macquarie Bank, and Minter Ellison. She holds an economics and first-class honours law degree.
