Frasers Property, CSC Land and Sekisui House to preview Dunearn House on July 10, with prices starting from $2,799 psf

Frasers Property, CSC Land and Sekisui House will preview Dunearn House on July 10, with sales bookings set to begin on July 25. The 380-unit project is the first private residential development to be launched within the new Bukit Timah Turf City precinct.

The 99-year leasehold development comprises three 10-storey residential blocks housing the Luxury Collection, which consists of two- and three-bedroom units. It also features two 19-storey residential towers comprising the Pinnacle Collection, offering larger-format three-bedroom premium and four-bedroom units.

Indicative prices for two-bedroom units, ranging from 527 to 678 sq ft, start from $1.475 million ($2,799 psf); while three-bedders of 872 to 1,001 sq ft are priced from $2.597 million ($2,978 psf). Four-bedroom units, measuring between 1,184 and 1,378 sq ft, start from $3.588 million ($3,030 psf).

Dunearn House occupies a 145,173 sq ft site, which the consortium acquired in June 2025 through a Government Land Sale tender. The developers submitted the top bid of $491.45 million, or $1,410 psf per plot ratio, beating eight other bidders.



Facilities at the project include a 50m lap pool, wellness pools, two clubhouses, a teppanyaki pavilion, a gym, and various sports and family-oriented amenities. A notable feature is the 60m forest-inspired outdoor play landscape, complete with swings and climbing features.

Located in the Bukit Timah residential enclave, Dunearn House is within close proximity to the area's established education belt, which includes Methodist Girls' School, Raffles Girls' Primary School, Nanyang Primary School, Nanyang Girls' High School, Hwa Chong Institution and National Junior College.

It is within a four-minute walk from Sixth Avenue MRT Station, with nearby retail and lifestyle amenities at Dunearn Village and Serene Centre.

Dunearn House also benefits from proximity to several nature and recreational destinations, including the Singapore Botanic Gardens, Bukit Timah Nature Reserve and the future Bukit Timah–Rochor Green Corridor.
