Singapore’s homegrown hospitality-led coworking brand, The Great Room by Industrious, is slated to open a new location at Keppel South Central in June, marking its 10th location in Singapore and 15th in the region.

Occupying Level 10 of Keppel South Central, The Great Room’s new location features dedicated offices, meeting rooms, hot desking zones and social spaces such as the Drawing Room and Coffee Bar. This will be its first space to receive the Green Mark Healthier Workplace certification.

Completed last year, the 33-storey commercial building has Grade A offices and retail components, anchored by climate-conscious systems, biophilic design and innovative smart technology. It offers a mix of dining, wellness facilities, event spaces and a range of indoor and outdoor amenities.

Tanjong Pagar MRT station on the East-West Line is an eight-minute walk away from Keppel South Central, with a plethora of F&B offerings in the vicinity.

Last year, the brand announced the launch of its eight and ninth locations, at Shaw Tower and Stamford Place, respectively. These locations are expected to be completed by 2H2026, signifying the brand’s rapid expansion in Singapore since The Great Room’s integration into the Industrious network in 2022.

Su Anne Mi, CEO and co-founder of The Great Room and managing director of Industrious, Asia Pacific, says: “With the support of the Industrious network and CBRE, we’re able to keep refining this approach across the region while staying true to our hospitality-led roots.”
