Both Tan and Ng join the firm from Knight Frank, bringing with them experience within the Singapore property market.

“Bringing together expertise in urban logistics and supply chain consulting with our brokerage teams will enable us to give clients more comprehensive advice to support them with future-proofing their logistics strategy,” says Tom Woolhouse, head of logistics and industrial, Asia Pacific, JLL.

“We are investing heavily in expanding our service offering and deep sector expertise to meet growing client demand. Across Asia Pacific, existing trends across supply chains, retail and e-commerce have accelerated, leading to an increased demand for services related to this specialist asset class,” he adds.

Tan brings 29 years of logistics and industrial experience to JLL, spanning sale and leaseback transactions and build-to-suit and customising innovative business space solutions in Singapore.

Ng also brings the same years of experience in the sector to JLL.

Both Tan and Ng will report directly to Woolhouse.
