JTC has launched for sale the third of six sites on the Confirmed List of the 1H2026 industrial government land sales (GLS) programme. The 8,380 sqm (90,202 sq ft) site has a 23-year lease, with a gross plot ratio ranging from 1.12 to 1.4.
The site has a Business 2 (B2) zoning, which allows for general industrial use – both light and heavy manufacturing, assembly, production and repair workshops. It is also ideal for warehousing and storage of general goods, as well as logistics and distribution.
However, the site is not allowed for concrete-related industry or land-based logistics industry, especially inland container depots or open yards for storing containers, dry boxes, and associated depot activities. It is also not allowed for data centres, self-storage, food or food-related uses, except for food warehousing/storage, as well as for dangerous, toxic, or explosive materials.
