SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - JTC has launched an industrial site at Jalan Papan for tender under the second half of the 2021 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) Programme.

The site spans 0.88ha with a gross plot ratio of 1.4. It is zoned under Industrial B2 use, and has a 20-year tenure.

The tender will close on Tuesday, Oct 26, at 11am.
