SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - JTC has launched a B2 industrial site at Jalan Papan (Plot 5) in for tender on Sept 27. It is the third of four Confirmed List sites for the second half of the 2022 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) Programme.

Located in Jurong East, the site measures 0.56 ha (60,278 sq ft) and has a gross plot ratio of 1.4 It has a tenure of 20 years. The maximum building height is 120m Singapore height datum (SHD). The SHD was introduced in 2015 as a height measurement reference and is pegged to Singapore’s historical mean sea level.

The tender will close on Nov 22.
