Singapore-listed flexible workspace operator JustCo will be opening The Boring Office — its practical, essentials-focused brand for cost-conscious businesses — at The Octagon along Cecil Street.
The new centre is the brand’s second location in Singapore and its first in the CBD. It will occupy the building's ninth storey and provide about 130 workstations in a variety of office configurations.
Most of the inventory will be one- to four-person offices, catering to entrepreneurs, start-ups and small teams seeking flexibility and affordability in a central location, said JustCo in a June 25 announcement.

The Octagon is a 25-storey freehold office building that is located near several MRT stations, including Telok Ayer, Downtown, Shenton Way and Maxwell. It is a two-minute walk to Lau Pa Sat.
The Boring Office aims to offer affordable price points to those who want a credible business address and flexible workspace solution without paying for premium amenities that they may not need.
The Boring Office's other location in Singapore is at MacDonald House on Orchard Road, near Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station and across the road from Plaza Singapura mall.

Besides The Boring Office, its other brands are The Collective, providing luxury hospitality-inspired workspaces; and JustCo, with premium flexible workspaces for growing businesses and enterprises.
Looking ahead, the company has other new centres opening in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Mumbai, Seoul, Tokyo and Yokohama as part of its near-time pipeline.
The opening of the new CBD centre is part of the group’s previously announced expansion pipeline across the Asia Pacific, following its listing on the Singapore bourse in May 2026.
When preparing for its initial public offering, JustCo had said its expansion efforts are focused on cities with consistently high demand for office space. It also proposed a new co-living business line by 2027, starting with the premises at 160 Orchard Road.
