Flexible workspace operator JustCo has entered into a master lease with OG, the landlord of 160 Orchard Road, for about 150,000 sq ft of floor area at the property, including a retail podium.
The new location, known as JustCo Place, will feature both co-working and co-living spaces, alongside curated retail experiences.
This comes as the Singapore-listed company is entering the flexible living sector to broaden its recurring revenue streams, as announced back in May in the preliminary prospectus for its initial public offering.

The co-working component will sit on levels three and four, while the remaining space in the building will house F&B, lifestyle, wellness and healthcare tenants. The serviced apartment tower above the building will be used for co-living.
JustCo on July 10 said it has also signed a management agreement with OG to operate the serviced apartment tower.
The landlord will conduct major enhancement works to transform the existing serviced apartments into 123 co-living units, ranging from studio apartments to three-bedroom units, that can accommodate up to 475 guests.
The co-living development will operate under JustAt — the company's new co-living brand.
Both the living and retail portions are expected to start operations in January 2027.
The JustCo-branded co-working centre is set to open in September 2026. Deloitte Singapore has committed to occupy the entire area.
"The full pre-commitment underscores continued demand from large enterprises for high-quality flexible workspace solutions," JustCo said.
