Knight Frank has announced the appointment of Vivian Liao as its head of global portfolio solutions for Asia Pacific (Apac). In her new role, she will lead Knight Frank’s global portfolio solutions service across the region, prioritising value-driven solutions that improve portfolio performance and support corporate clients in achieving their long-term real estate goals, the firm says in a press release.
“Vivian’s appointment reflects Knight Frank’s focus on building a strong team and delivering comprehensive solutions for clients with complex real estate needs in Apac,” says Tim Armstrong, Knight Frank’s global head of occupier strategy and solutions.
Liao joins Knight Frank from CBRE, where she was director of transaction management and account lead for Apac and Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She had joined CBRE at the end of 2022. Before that, she had been with JLL for over 12 years.
