SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - One Holland Village Residences will be launching over the weekend of Nov 30 and Dec 1.

The mixed-used integrated development comprises 296 residential units, 255 serviced residence units, offices and retail space.

The development, by Far East Organization and its joint-venture partners Sekisui House and Sino Group, is more than three football fields in size in Holland Village. The size of the site “gives us the opportunity to inject more varied uses and activities”, says Marc Boey, director of planning and acquisitions, Far East Organization

Supermarket chain Cold Storage and Guardian pharmacy will be the tenants of the retail space.

Non-profit arts organisation The Rice Company Ltd and The Projector, a movie theatre showing indie and foreign films, will also be bringing entertainment programming to One Holland Village.

“As an independent cinema and cultural platform offering a range of alternative films and performances, [The Projector] will add to the diversity of offerings in the neighbourhood,” says Boey.

One Holland Village will be completed in two phases. The residential zone comprising serviced residences and the residential units is slated for completion by end-2024. The commercial zones – retail, office and community use – is estimated to be completed in mid-2022.
