Regina Lim joins M&G Real Estate Asia as Asia research head

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Regina Lim has taken up a new appointment as director and head of property research Asia at M&G Real Estate. She will report to Jing Dong Lai, CEO and CIO of M&G Real Estate Asia.

“The addition of Regina to the team continues the momentum the Asia team has driven in the region. Asia continues to attract global investors and we strive to serve our clients and partners with on-the-ground knowledge and capabilities to capture and materialise gains for our investors,” says Lai.

In her new role, Lim will lead and oversee the research team to produce investment recommendations on the Asia Pacific market. She will work closely with Lai and Jose Pellicer, global head of investment strategy, as well as Richard Gwilliam, global head of research.

Lim has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. She moves on from JLL where she was head of strategic advisory and capital market research in Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia. She has also previously held roles at Standard Chartered Bank, UBS, and the URA.
