As a woman leader cum entrepreneur, Sandy Lim adopts a decisive yet collaborative leadership style rooted in clarity, accountability and trust. Driven by her passion for real estate, Lim realised her vision of delivering more holistic solutions for clients by co-founding Property2Go alongside her own division under the ERA Grow Group umbrella. This niche team provides customised consultations across a broad range of property types, including high-end residential units, landed homes, new launches and commercial properties.
By fostering an environment where responsibility is shared and voices are heard, Lim ensures that every member of her division feels challenged and supported. “My mentorship approach is structured yet personal: I combine skillsets building with real-life experiences and exposure, providing direct feedback to my associates,” she highlights.
