SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Savills Singapore has appointed Sharon Teo as the managing director for the Business Space team. She will be a part of the senior leadership team and will report to Marcus Loo, CEO of Savills Singapore.
“This appointment is part of our ongoing evolution and growth strategy in Singapore to expand our service offering to our clients as they become increasingly diversified,” says Loo. Teo will tap into the growing business parks, industrial and logistics markets in Singapore, helping both end-users and landlords, and third-party logistics service providers with their business space needs.
With 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Teo joins from UEM Sunrise Berhad, and was also seconded to M+S, where she spearheaded the successful commercial leasing of Singapore’s Marina One and DUO. Prior to these roles, Teo was with Ascendas and DTZ Debenham Tie Leung (SEA).
