SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - A two-storey intermediate shophouse at Holland Avenue has been put up for sale with prices on enquiry.

Occupying 1,504 sq ft of land with 2,042 sq ft of built-in area, the freehold commercial shophouse is currently tenanted by a bank. The property is along a row of banks and F&B outlets.

Due to the commercial use zoning, the additional buyer’s stamp duty (ABSD) and seller’s stamp duty (SSD) are not applicable.

The shophouse is exclusively marketed by Jac Teo, property consultant at Knight Frank. “Among the limited number of some 20 shophouses facing the main Holland Avenue, this asset has one of the best frontage as it is in the middle segment,” says Teo.
