SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - PropTech company Showsuite has launched its offering of legal technological real estate services, which streamline and automate back-end work processes and digitise legal documentations on the sales of new homes on behalf of property developers, in partnership with law firm Rajah & Tann.
“The agreement ... with Rajah & Tann marks the start of a new milestone for Showsuite as we extend our technological offerings to law firms involved in the new home sales network,” says Karamjit Singh, CEO of Showsuite.
“As we began to digitise transactions for property developers with our solutions, it has become very apparent to us the importance of having the whole eco-system on board in order to harness technology’s full potential,” he adds.
“We have since enhanced our platform that allows property agents to transact efficiently, in real-time, paperless-ly and remotely, which is vital in a post-Covid world,” says Singh.

Showsuite’s clients include GuocoLand, Hong Leong, CEL Development, Heeton Holdings and TID Development. Over 6,600 real estate agents are also registered users of Showsuite’s platform, including agents in Hong Kong.
