A strata-titled cinema space at Golden Mile Tower, a mixed-use development on Beach Road, is up for sale through an expression of interest (EOI) exercise. The asset has a guide price of $31 million, which translates to about $295 psf on its strata area of 104,991 sq ft.
Located on the third floor, the space comprises four auditoriums with a total seating capacity of up to 2,000. It also includes offices on Levels 3 and 4.
CBRE is handling the sale. “Such a sizeable strata commercial space in a prime location is rarely available for sale, presenting an exceptionally unique opportunity,” says Joshua Giam, director of capital markets for Singapore at CBRE.

As a commercial space, foreigners and corporate entities are eligible to purchase the asset, and no Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty will be imposed.
Subject to approval from the relevant authorities, the buyer could potentially reconfigure the premises into a single large auditorium. The space could also be partially converted for alternative uses such as an event venue, media production studio, or gym, Giam adds.
The space was formerly occupied by independent cinema The Projector, which ceased operations in August 2025 as the company entered into voluntary liquidation.
At the start of this year, Filmhouse, a new cinema operator backed by a long-time patron of The Projector and run by the latter’s former key staff, was reported to be taking over space previously occupied by The Projector at Golden Mile Tower. The cinema, located on the fifth floor, opened in February.
Golden Mile Tower is located 200m from Nicoll Highway MRT Station on the Circle Line. It is also adjacent to The Golden Mile (formerly Golden Mile Complex), an upcoming commercial and residential development by a consortium comprising Perennial Holdings, Sino Land and Far East Organization. T
The EOI will close on August 4 at 3pm.
