SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Two adjoining freehold plots of land with a combined land area of 12,294 sq ft at Vaughan Road have been put up for sale by Knight Frank for sale by expression of interest (EOI).

Currently, two semi-detached houses sit on the plots but buyers can make additions and alterations to the existing houses or redevelop the area into two linked bungalows or detached houses. The plots are located at a cul de sac, and are within walking distance to Serangoon MRT Station.

“The demand for landed properties in District 13 has been strong as this is a mature residential estate with easy access to amenities, good schools, shopping malls and the nearby Serangoon MRT Interchange,” says Mary Sai, executive director, capital markets for land & building, collective and strata sales at Knight Frank Singapore.

The guide price is $1,000 psf, with the EOI exercise closing on April 29, 3pm.
