SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Two developments in Manchester will be showcased in Singapore on the weekend of Nov 13 by marketing agency Benham and Reeves.

These include X1 Manchester Waters, a residential development situated near Manchester’s city centre. Offerings range from studios to three-bedders. Prices start from £129,995 ($237,487).

The development overlooks the Manchester Ship Canal and is estimated to be completed from 4Q2023 to 4Q2024. So far, four of the five towers are sold out, says Benham and Reeves.

Meanwhile, X1 Michigan Towers is a mixed-use development situated in Salford Quays. The apartments here will overlook Salford Quays and Manchester city centre.

The units will be priced from £179,995, and are expected to be completed in 3Q2023.
