The Work Project to manage its first Australian co-working space in Sydney, Australia

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Leading workspace provider The Work Project (TWP) has announced that it will manage 46,268 sq ft of flexible workspace in an upcoming commercial building in Sydney, Australia. The development is called Quay Quarter Tower and it is jointly owned by AMP Capital Wholesale Office Fund and Dexus Wholesale Property Fund.

This agreement marks The Work Project’s first foray into the Australian co-working market. The workspace operator currently operates in six buildings in Singapore, and the final fit out of its new location in CapitaSpring will be completed soon. The company also has a co-working centre in Causeway Bay in Hong Kong.

According to the AMP Capital, The Work Project was chosen as the partner to manage the workspace and they are working together on the design and fit out of the flexible workspace.
