Aman Singapore has unveiled two Sky Villas — the crowning residences atop The Skywaters. Spanning more than 1,700 sq m (18,299 sq ft) each, the homes are part of an exclusive collection of fewer than 30 residences within the mixed-use development.

The collection comprises a selection of two- to five-bedroom penthouses and residences. Designed by Kerry Hill Architects, each unit will include landscaped terraces, while selected homes will feature private pools, entertainment rooms and flexible wellness spaces.

In addition to the branded residences, Aman Singapore will comprise ultra-luxury Aman hotel, wellness facilities and a global private members' club. Other amenities include the Aman Spa and Wellness Centre, a members-only bar, as well as signature dining venues.

It will occupy levels 24 to 30 of The Skywaters, a 305m integrated mixed-use development being built on the site of the former AXA Tower by a consortium led by Perennial Holdings.

Construction of The Skywaters has progressed beyond the one-third mark of the development’s final height, notes Pua Seck Guan, executive chairman and CEO of Perennail Holdings. The project is slated for completion in 2028.

“The Aman Residences — and especially the Sky Villas — embody a vision of urban living that balances space, tranquility and the nuances of tropical design,” he says.

“Aman Singapore has been envisioned as a complete residential sanctuary, not simply a collection of homes but a carefully curated community shaped by privacy, space and stillness,” adds Vlad Doronin, CEO and chairman of Aman Group.
