Global lifestyle and hospitality firm, Aman Group, has launched its first residential offering in the Middle East with Janu Residences. Situated in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), the branded residences will occupy the upper floors of Janu Dubai, a mixed-use development.
Developed in partnership with H&H Development, Janu Dubai is a 40-storey tower consisting of a “reimagined souk” courtyard with retail and dining options, an 18m-high lobby, a 150-room hotel and 57 branded residential units.
The hotel spans from the sixth to 16th floor, while the branded residences sit on the higher floors, offering views of the Zabeel Palace Gardens and the Burj Khalifa. According to Aman Group, the residential segment comes in unique two- to five-bedroom layouts and a 11,322 sq ft triplex penthouse at the pinnacle of Janu Dubai.

For added privacy, residents will have a separate entrance lobby and private lifts directly connected to their homes.
Facilities such as an infinity-edge pool and a lounge and bar, exclusively for residents, are located on the 34th floor. Besides resident-only amenities, Janu Residences’ owners will also enjoy access to Janu Private Office, which includes a 24-hour concierge and on-request residential services, as well as wellness and social amenities at the Janu Spa & Wellness and at Janu Club.
“Embracing a meaningful connection to nature, it will integrate expansive outdoor terraces and balconies enriched with abundant planting and gardens, creating a verdant, pedestrian-focused environment that is rare for a high-rise in the UAE.” says Vlad Doronin, chairman and CEO of Aman Group.
This comes after the opening of 122-key Janu Tokyo in March 2024. Aman Group adds there are other Janu properties in the pipeline, on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Turks and Caicos.
“DIFC is a fitting location for this vision, and I look forward to bringing the next chapter of Janu’s residential journey to one of the most dynamic corners of the world,” Doronin adds.
