Dubai-based developer H&H has unveiled Dubai Peninsula, a 210-acre lifestyle destination set along the Jumeirah coastline in Dubai. Owned by real estate investment company Bright Start, H&H will develop the waterfront project, which will feature luxury residences and hospitality offerings, alongside a superyacht marina and curated retail, public art and green spaces.
Anchoring the development will be properties by hospitality brands Aman and Rosewood, marking both brands’ debut in Dubai. The upcoming Aman Dubai, slated to open in 2027, is situated on one end of the peninsula, next to Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach. Designed by Kerry Hill Architects, it will comprise a waterfront hotel, a 21,528 sq ft Aman Spa, the Aman Club, several dining concepts and a limited collection of Aman Residences.
At the opposite end, Rosewood Hotel Group will debut the Rosewood Dubai hotel, alongside Rosewood Residences Dubai. The hotel will offer 195 keys and eight garden villas, while the residences will include 63 units and five beachfront villas. Scheduled for completion in 2029, both properties will feature sweeping coastal views, complemented by amenities such as a private beach, beach club, four signature dining venues and a wellness centre.

Miltos Bosinis, CEO of H&H, adds: “Dubai Peninsula is the perfect representation of H&H’s vision to set a new benchmark for upscale living by creating transformative developments and introducing the most recognised hospitality brands to the city.”
