Aman Singapore to debut at The Skywaters; slated for completion by 2028

Luxury hotel brand Aman has announced its first location in Singapore — at The Skywaters, which is set to become the city’s tallest skyscraper.
The Skywaters, a 305m integrated mixed used development, is a redevelopment of the former AXA Tower by a consortium led by Perennial Holdings. The project is designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.
Aman Singapore will comprise an ultra-luxury hotel, branded residences and a global members’ club. Upon the completion of The Skywaters, which is slated for 2028, the project will sit below the 190-unit Skywaters Residences. The hotel will span the 24th to 26th floors, while Aman-branded residences will occupy the 28th and 30th floors.

“Aman Singapore will embody all the hallmarks of our urban sanctuaries, including intuitive service, serene design, privacy and exceptional locations,” says Vlad Doronin, CEO and chairman of Aman Group.
The branded residences will offer units ranging from one- to five-bedrooms, offering views of the Singapore skyline.
Amenities include Aman Spa, which occupies an entire floor and features an infinity-edged pool, along with several of the brand’s signature dining concepts.

Pua Seck Guan, executive chairman and CEO of Perennial Holding, believes the partnership with Aman will enhance The Skywaters, creating an “extraordinary sanctuary” that redefines urban luxury living.
Founded in 1988, Aman Group now operates a total of 36 resorts and hotels across over 20 destinations, including Bangkok, Tokyo and New York. Aman Singapore is among several projects in its pipeline, alongside upcoming properties in Miami Beach, Beverly Hills, Riyadh, Dubai and the Maldives.
