The 380-unit Dunearn House attracted about 5,900 visitors during its preview weekend as of 6pm on July 12.
According to the joint developers — Frasers Property, CSC Land Group and Sekisui House — the preview attracted a broad mix of buyers, including owner-occupiers and upgraders from Bukit Timah and neighbouring districts, families drawn by the area's proximity to popular schools and nature, as well as investors seeking exposure to the long-term growth potential of the emerging Turf City precinct.
The project is the first residential development in the Bukit Timah Turf City master-planned precinct.
