JLL Hotels & Hospitality promotes Julien Naouri to Asia head of investment sales

JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group has appointed Julien Naouri as head of investment sales, Asia, effective April 1. Based in Singapore, he reports to Nihat Ercan, CEO for Asia Pacific, JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group.

The appointment is a promotion for Naouri, who joined JLL in 2020. Before the promotion, he was the group's executive vice president for investment sales in Asia. Since 2022, he has also served as JLL's global hotel desk liaison for Asia, working with colleagues in Emea (Europe, the Middle East & Africa) to serve Middle Eastern clients targeting the Asia Pacific region.

According to JLL, Naouri has played a leading role in several notable deals, including landmark hotel sales in the Maldives such as the W, Sheraton, Amari and The Standard. In Singapore, deals he advised on include UOL Group’s sale of Parkroyal Kitchener Singapore to Midtown Properties, part of the Worldwide Hotels Group, for $525 million in 2023.

In Jakarta, Naouri worked on transactions for Frasers Suites Jakarta, Pullman Jakarta and Waldorf Astoria Jakarta. Last September, he helped broker GuocoLand’s sale of Thistle Johor Bahru to a subsidiary of YTL Hotels & properties for RM150 million ($48 million).

In his new role as head of investment sales for Asia, he will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding client coverage across the region, and fostering collaboration across JLL’s broader capital markets platform.
