SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - JTC has launched a B2 industrial site at Jalan Papan in Jurong for application under the first half of the 2022 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) Programme.

The 60,278 sq ft site at Plot 5 Jalan Papan has a 20-year lease with a gross plot ratio of 1.4. Applications to tender this site will close on June 30. Under the Reserve List system, a land parcel will only be released for sale if it receives an offer of a minimum bid price that is acceptable to the government.

The site is the third of four Reserve List sites under the 1H2022 IGLS programme. Two other sites at Woodlands Industrial Park E7 and E8 and Plot 9 Tampines North Drive 9 are currently still available for application. Another site at Plot 3 Jalan Papan is expected to be launched for application in May.
