SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Colliers International has appointed Lee Pei Yee as its associate director of valuation and advisory services from Nov 1. She will report to Govinda Singh, executive director of valuation and advisory services.
Lee will drive the growth of the firm’s hospitality and leisure real estate consultancy business in Asia, as well as strengthen its suite of services, including hotel asset management, property development, and valuation. She will also contribute to the investment team at Colliers.
Lee is a hospitality industry expert and her work experience includes real estate consulting, business analysis, financial modelling, as well as investment and asset management. Her last appointment was senior manager of business analytics at SilverNeedle Hospitality, where she was involved in asset acquisition activities, feasibility studies of hospitality and co-working projects in Singapore and abroad.
She has also held senior investment and asset management positions in companies such as FEO Hospitality Asset Management and Fortune Capital Management.
“With her extensive industry experience and in-depth understanding of investors’ needs and priorities, Pei Yee will be an excellent addition to our team as we seek to expand our business footprint in Asia, particularly in Greater China.
