[UPDATED] Lentor Gardens Residences drew 5,000 visitors at the close of its weekend preview on July 4–5, says developer Kingsford Group. The 502-unit, 99-year leasehold condo marks the seventh private condo development in the up-and-coming Lentor Hills estate.

The development will be officially launched a fortnight later, on July 18. Kingsford has indicated an average selling price of $2,350 psf for the development.

The project features three 16-storey blocks, one 8-storey block, and three strata terrace houses, sitting on a 222,161 sq ft site. The residential blocks and houses sit amid a 200m waterscape — "possibly the longest water footprint in the entire Lentor Hills precinct," according to Kingsford.

The upcoming Lentor Hillock Park sits directly behind the development, which is also close to the island's north-central green belts.

Targeted at families, the condo units are a mix of two- to four-bedroom types, with sizes from 646 to 1,356 sq ft. The three strata terrace houses have floor areas of 1,496 sq ft, span two storeys, and have five bedrooms.

Most units are either park- or pool-facing, with higher-storey premium units enjoying expansive views of the nearby Lower Peirce Reservoir and Thomson Nature Park.
