Over three days — from the VIP preview at 4 pm on Sept 26 to 5 pm on Sept 28 — the sales gallery at Skye at Holland attracted more than 8,000 visitors.
The strong turnout is hardly surprising, given that the 666-unit development is the first major private residential launch in the heart of Holland Village since 2019.
Developed by a consortium of UOL Group, Singapore Land Group, CapitaLand and Kheng Leong Co., Skye at Holland is poised to attract both homebuyers and investors seeking a prized District 10 address in the Core Central Region (CCR).

Two-bedroom units of 581 to 743 sq ft form about 56% of the development (370 units) and are priced from $1.51 million ($2,598 psf).
Three-bedroom units (915–1,076 sq ft) make up 22% (148 units), starting from $2.4 million ($2,623 psf).
Together, two- and three-bedroom homes account for around 78% of the project.
Larger formats include 111 four-bedroom units (16.7%), comprising standard layouts of 1,238 sq ft starting from $3.34 million ($2,698 psf), and premium four-bedders with private lifts measuring 1,464 sq ft.
The remaining 37 apartments are five-bedroom premium units, each 1,765 sq ft with private lift access.
Every home will be fitted with top-end Swiss brand V-Zug kitchen appliances and washer-dryers, alongside German brand Liebherr refrigerators, underscoring the project’s luxury positioning.
