The Straits Trading Company has announced the sale of Arenas Yeongjong Logistics Center, a freehold logistics facility in Incheon, South Korea, as part of the group’s capital recycling strategy. The facility is owned by Sky Logis Private Real Estate Investment Company, in which Straits Trading has a 47.3% effective interest.

The facility will be sold for a cash consideration of KRW432 billion ($377.6 million), which is in line with the independent valuation of the property as of Dec 31, 2025, the company states. Straits Trading expects to receive net proceeds of approximately KRW95.4 billion on the deal, which is anticipated to be completed on or around Jan 29.

Arenas Yeongjong Logistics Centre is a Grade A, six-storey ramp-up up logistics facility spanning about 191,000 sqm of dry warehouse and office lettable space.  Completed in January 2021, the property is around 8km from the air cargo terminal of Incheon International Airport.
