Grand Hotel Group (GHG), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tuan Sing Holdings, has launched its flagship mixed-use development in Perth. Named The Langley, the development fronting Perth’s riverside will include hospitality, retail and commercial components.

“By integrating premium accommodation, flexible commercial spaces, and dynamic retail and leisure offerings in one destination, we are delivering a precinct that reflects modern city life and the evolving needs of residents,” says William Liem, CEO of Tuan Sing Holdings.

The Langley’s hospitality component, Residence on Langley Park, is a 367-key property offering both short and extended-stay serviced accommodation. It offers standard rooms, studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and luxurious suites.

The property also has amenities such as a heated outdoor pool, a sauna and a gym. Earlier this year, 51 rooms were converted into serviced apartments, with additional upgrades scheduled for next year, including new pickleball courts.

The Langley’s commercial component, 18 Terrace Road, has 159,306 sq ft of office space across three floors, which are available for lease. The offices have views overlooking Langley Park and Swan River, along with a large parking area, an upcoming childcare centre, end-of-trip facilities and e-ride charging stations.

Meanwhile, at the centre of The Langley is Shoppe on Langley Park, a retail and lifestyle centre. It offers a range of retail, dining, medical, and fitness services, including Foodies Market (IGA), Next Practice Medical Centre, LuxeGlo Medical Aesthetics, and Perth’s boutique gym, The Track. It is also connected to Langley Park.

Situated within 1km of the city centre, The Langley is within Perth’s free transit zone and accessible via the Central Area Transit (CAT) bus network. With connectivity to Perth’s Central Business District, visitors are also close to Optus Stadium, Elizabeth Quay, Kings Park, Gloucester Park and Swan River.

Liem adds: “With its blend of accommodation, workspaces, and leisure experiences, The Langley sets a new benchmark for how people live, work, and enjoy the city.”
