[UPDATED] New Condo Launches within 500m of a Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL) MRT Station: 2019 Edition

With the number of en bloc and government land sale (GLS) sites sold from end-2017 to 1H2018, it is not surprising that 2019 seems to be having one of the highest numbers of condo launches; despite the introduction of the cooling measures by the government.

Therefore today we will continue our series of new condo launches within 500m of a MRT station. We will be looking at new condos that are within 500m of the upcoming Thomson-East CoastLine (TEL) Station that have or will be launched in 2019.

Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL)



The new and upcoming Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL) runs from Woodlands North (TE1) to Tanah Merah (TE35) and includes prominent stops like Bright Hill and Gardens by the Bay. This line will also have a direct connection with Johor Bahru–Singapore Rapid Transit System, allowing Singaporeans to enter Johor Bahru & vice versa.

New launches around this line include: 8 St Thomas, RV Altitude, Riviere, One Meyer, Amber Park, Nyon, Coastline Residences (Former Parkway Mansion) & Meyerhouse.

Future projects include Mass redevelopment of existing properties like Park House, Pacific Mansion, Katong Towers & Casa Meyfort.

8 St Thomas

Location: District 9 - Orchard Road, River Valley, Cairnhill
