07 May 2024 STUDIO 3 Shanghai Road Very bright and spacious even for the one bedders. Excellent location yet the place is quiet and serene even in the day. This is one of the nicest places I've seen in this area. I highly recommend living here. |

07 May 2024 THE ALPS RESIDENCES Tampines Street 86 Avoid this condo due to imcompetence of Management team. They slap residences with parking charges for a second vehicle. The maintenance is a couple of hundred dollars and there are suffient carpark lots for 2 cars. They seem to be obsessed with the carpark while the general upkeep of the Estate is not great. My spouse and I have vehicles we need to use for work and family. I would not mind paying the extra parking if there were insufficient lots. Staying here is not that pleasant, and highlighting issues to the management is stresssful due to their defensive nature. Hope the residents will do something about this or lose more tenants. Infact, my landlord shared that he was thinking of selling his unit. He is waiting for a higher valuation. Having said that, the place is quite quiet if you enjoy being out of the city. Not many shops around though. |

03 May 2024 BEAUFORT ON NASSIM Nassim Road The development is poorly maintained and very moldy. Location is good but it is run down (compared to many other developments of the same age) and dated. Many units are empty/vacated too. Roach issues too in carpark and through the chute. Not worth the rental being asked. |

29 Apr 2024 AZALEA PARK CONDOMINIUM Flora Road Large and spacious units with fully functional space without baywindows or large aircon ledges. Property is very well maintained and clean. Peaceful and quiet, great for large family and kids. Good accessibility to the expressways with a sidegate less than 5mins walk to the Loyang Ave bus stop. Many buses direct to town or MRT. Upcoming Pasir Ris East MRT is also less than 1km away and will further improve the connectivity. |
