Located on a cul-de-sac at Sime Road estate in prime District 11, the property occupies a 4,625 sq ft plot. Hence, the guide price works out to $2,984 psf. The house has a 13.82m frontage and a depth of 32m. It is zoned as a two-storey envelope semi-detached house, with a maximum height of 12m.
The house comes with five bedrooms, comprising three en-suites with bathrooms, a helper’s room and a swimming pool. It had undergone rebuilding and obtained its temporary occupation permit (TOP) in 2024.
