"Is really overpricing extremely high just for japanese design type features and with the shopping mall. This location got few other condos and their prices are lower as compare to this. Should consider for other condos which are much cheaper and having good design type as well. Service was not professional, lousy"

"Irresponsible and unethical developer staff. Were at showroom today and mum (in her 80s) fell down from the platform with cuts and bruises at the hands, elbows and legs. One of the developer (SPH) staff came over to attend to us and told my mum that she does not need to see doctor . We asked for contact number should we need to pursue further on claims, the staff response was we don't give our contact number. What is this!!! At this day, where there are elevated platforms in showrooms, they will usually have railings to prevent this kind of incident (people from falling over) but not here at Woodleigh Residence showroom. Upset and total disappointment, shocking this kind of attitude came from a SG developer - SPH."
