Changi Business Park also hosts a number of MNCs such as Standard Chartered and IBM. Going forward, the government has plans to create more semi-conductor and aviation-related jobs at Tampines North, Pasir Ris and Changi. Aside from the bustling economic activity, residents benefit from a wide variety of green and play spaces in the region. Residents will also enjoy increased connectivity to other parts of Singapore with the upcoming Cross Island Line and Thomson-East Coast Line.

"This is just a fantastic condo. I've lived here for 11 years and have had so many fun and memorable memories in the great facilities. This is less of a condo and more of a funhouse/mall. Not only is there an art class/studio that also takes up adults looking to study art and a minimart, there is also a nail salon, tutoring and a dentist, alongside many more. The water coolers are always clean and the security guards are strict on enforcing the law however nice in other situations. The apartments are spacious with a great view of the sea as well. The community is also fantastic and diverse, and I know so many amazing people who live in Mandarin Gardens right now, though I myself have moved out. It is a great space to live and personally if there is a spot would love to move back. The best years of my life were spent here!"

"its a pretty okay place to be in however i cannot count the number of times i got lost in there and the many buildings just gives me a headache. However apart from that its a really huge condo and has a lot of amenities such as tennis courts and the length to go for long runs and so much more!"
