"Parking there is really a hassle! Only can use flashcard and it doesn't read the card from IUI so have to get off my car to tap on the machine. On very rainy days its a real hassle! Also on one of the days gantry spoiled so no choice i had entered the premise coz i was late for class. When i was going out the machine walloped a good $13 from my flashpay before letting me out. There was no customer service or security officer to assist..and when i called the hotline kept asking me to call back for 3 days!!!"

"Very run down. Owner probably bidding for time to upgrade the building or redevelop. Very convenient though. About 3-5 mins walk from Bendeemer MRT stn (downtown line). Very suitable for temporary training rooms."

"This is old building, low-rise, only one lift but they have two different staircase in the two end. This building is mainly small offices, in ground floor there are some specialized shops, nothing for your regular buying. Very convenient Location, super easy access to public transportation, and lot of food choices."
