"Terrible security guard name Anita - Indian lady . I come to view house , stop me by saying no agent cannot come view house ! I told her the agent cant make it and ask me self view , she says cannot . I told her , if the current tenant come out and bring me in , allow me for visiting, she says cannot !!! Well , if there is such policy so strict, the management should inform all the owners in Adana that theres this strict policy! So that all the owners will inform the agents who are marketing the units here. I been renting condo past 6 years, this is my 1st time encounter such a policy, moreover this is not in Orchard road , is at ulu Thomson road , so hard to find the condo. I took an hour ,drive n drive , lost by gps ! I explain to the guard, she also rejected. Really no empathy from this guard , what a good experience for me in my life - first time !"

"Was quite negatively surprised by the guards at the guardhouse. They are unattentive, and disappears from the security posts quite regularly. Many a times, when I'm running past this condo, cars and delivery partners will be stuck outside, waiting for the guards to return. To many of these folks, time is money, and it's quite sad to see something as basic as security maturity lacking here. Layout wise not too bad, especially since it's just right across from Lower Peirce Reservoir. Be mindful of monkeys if you're near the ground floor though!"
